Please post any solutions you find. We're looking closely at moving to ND6 in the near future and we use the MS Exchange Connector extensively.

In answer to your question, did you make sure to install a 4.6 client on the MS Exchange server ? The connector uses the 4.6 API. It will run with an R5 environment (not sure about 6).
